Flair-Plastic has been present on the Hungarian market for over 30 years. We offer a wide range of plastic items for a variety of everyday and industrial tasks.
Production technologies:
- Injection moulding of thermoplastics for up to 40-1500 tons clamping force
- 60+ injection moulding machines at two sites
- 2-3-4 component injection moulding for up to 350 tons clamping force
- In-mould-labelling
- Over 160 tons of clamping force, all our machines are equipped with a product removal robot
Additional capabilities:
- Assembling, screwing, fitting several parts etc.
- Tampoprinting (up to 2 colours)
- Silk-printing
- Hot-stamping
Gauffer and vulcanization - Laser-welding of metals

Produced plastic types:
Approximately 10,000 tons of raw ingredients are processed annually, typically from the following materials:
- PP – polypropylene
- PA – polyamide
- PS – polystyrene
- LDPE, HDPE – low and high density polyethylene
- POM – polyoxymethylene
- TPE – thermoplastic elastomer
- ABS – acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene
- ABS-PMMA mixture
- newly developed and sustainable composite materials
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
Durable and recyclable plastics can be widely used in nearly all industries. Besides producing our own items, we make the most of our capacity by also offering contract manufacturing of household and technical items for our partners. During the production of the most diverse plastic industry products, we have gained outstanding market experience. Our engineers leverage this knowledge by incorporating it into the production process. This is why we are able to provide the highest quality to our domestic and international clients.

STRATEGIC COLLABORATION
Flair-Plastic is not only a reliable contract manufacturing company for the plastics industry, but also a strategic partner in the implementation of various product development and innovation collaborations. We bravely face challenges, whether it be new technology, developing sustainable materials or large-volume production. Among other things, we undertake the production and production preparation of specific products for the food, power tools and hygien industries. Thanks to joint development, we can provide individually designed, fully customized production to meet the requirements and expectations of our partners. New greenfield investments are also possible on our nearly eight-hectare free land in Miskolc where we can create a dedicated production unit together with our partners as needed. In addition to free space, we have under our belt more than 30 years of professional experience in injection moulding and plastic blowing, engineering and logistics knowledge, and a stable financial investor background – this makes Flair-Plastic a reliable partner in the plastics industry.
